- As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents are a Passport & Visa together, a Voter’s ID card, Current driver’s License. All the documents must include a photograph.
- Hotels/camps or any kind of accommodation can deny a stay if a valid ID proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for any ID proof-related issues.
- An extra bed/mattress will be provided as per the hotel policy. If the hotel is giving an extra mattress instead of an extra bed, it will be considered as an extra bed only.
- Many hotels charge extra for a room heater or Wi-Fi. Normal package does not include this, so in that case, these charges should be paid at the hotels.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
- We are not responsible for any flight cancellations from the Airline, but we will try to provide free changes to the new schedule.
- Refund will come as per the airline’s time, so first check with our team.
we are not responsible for any cancellations, changes or refunds of flights and hotels if passengers do so directly with the Airline and hotel without asking to us because the first passenger has to do the conversation on our official email or call our team before doing anything on their booking.
- We are not responsible for any delay and cancellation of flights from the Airline due to weather and any other reason.
- AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
- The driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads, which can create a traffic jam. Normal working hours of a driver are 10 hrs. in case you want services more than 10 hours in a day, kindly inform us in advance.
- Same day or within 24 hours of the Flight ticket issued, free cancellation or Void not allowed.
- Pick-up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drops, please mention email conversation before booking). Meals offered as per your Package plan.
- The company reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
- At many of the tourist destinations/hill stations, some of the roads/shopping market/mall roads have “NO ENTRY” for all / some bigger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination, along with time restrictions. In this kind of situation, guests have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on a direct payment basis, this cost is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
- Sometimes the vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
The company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the tour.
